Palette's roster boasts a growing clientele of Grammy Award winning and multi-platinum artists/songwriters and producers. Palette Agency has a touring partnership with AMG/MAC Agency, allowing his company to sign artists as a booking agency. He's worked for The FADER, mentored by Bad Boy producer Rob Holladay, and did worldwide A&R at Warner Music Group. He's passionate about A&R, but believes in the full vision towards a project and seeing it through each step of song selection, art direction, strategic marketing, and playlisting.
